Featuring a fleece-lined neoprene upper and EVA midsole, they insulate your feet from the cold ground. The rubber outsole is abrasion-resistant for long life and remains flexible in cold temperatures. Deep lug cleats are arranged in a unique tread pattern for traction in snow, slush and mud. Cushioned, removable insoles wick moisture to keep feet warm and dry. Ideal applications include hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation, farm and barn, agriculture, construction, municipalities, public works, transportation, utilities and many general industrial applications. The boots offer chemical resistance from acids, alkalis, alcohols and dilute solutions of most chemicals that are water soluble. Tingley Badger Boots are not recommended for constant contact with petroleum and oil-based products. Tingley states that the boots are 100-per-cent liquid proof for all-weather protection. They have a durable rubber outsole that is abrasion-resistant for long life and will remain flexible in cold temperatures. Furthermore, their deep lug cleats in a unique tread pattern provide additional traction in snow, slush and mud. The boots have removable insoles that help wick moisture to keep feet warm and dry. Witt innovative dome pressure regulator With the 757 LE/S Smart, Witt- Gasetechnik has launched its dome pressure regulator with integrated digital sensor technology. Dome pressure regulators are of immense importance for the performance of many industrial processes: They ensure a constant gas pressure independent of fluctuating flow rates, temperatures and inlet pressures. The smart Witt dome pressure regulator measures the inlet and outlet pressures as well as the gas temperature at the inlet and outlet. The measured and calculated data are displayed in real time on a small display in the valve and sent to the required location via a network connection. For example, the data can be transmitted via telemetry systems from cryogenic gas tanks. This enables those responsible to intervene quickly when action is required. SolAirEau Group unveils air quality kit SolAirEau Group has launched LAB'AIR, a new indoor air quality sampling kit to help consumers check for mold in the air they breathe. The small device captures a specific quantity of air so that it can be sent to a lab for microbiological analysis. The new sampling device is a new solution for homeowners and building managers who are concerned about invisible contaminants in the air around them. Once the sample has been taken, the air is analyzed in a lab. The customer is then sent a detailed report indicating the various microbiological components detected in the sample, as well as a series of recommendations, depending on the severity of the situation. hazard protection impact resistance anti-vibration NEW GLOVES FOR ANTI-VIBRATION AND GENERAL HAZARD PROTECTION AQUILA has developed the TOG5V glove as a complete package for many common applications worldwide. Its main considerations are to offer impact and vibration resistance in a Hi-vis, cut-resistant glove, which is coated with sandy nitrile to provide extra grip. Special pads are featured on the palm to offer vibration protection for the oil and gas industry, utility industry (such as roadwork, mining or agriculture) and similar situations where operators are dealing with heavy machinery in difficult conditions. In a functional way, the TOG5V gloves address operational vibration and impact hazards with silicon TPE pads, which give impact protection on both the back of a hand and fingers, while the softness of silicon TPE padding reduces hand fatigue over an extended shift and is longer lasting compared to PVC. Cut protection is then assured with Alkimos cut D yarn throughout the glove (not just on palm), which guarantees protection from cuts and piercing over the whole hand. Grip is enhanced with the sandy nitrile surface offering good grip in both dry and wet environments and oil and chemical resistance. Primary safety comes from the Hi-vis green outer so that the glove is highly visible in low light to ensure operator compliance and for close working with other people so they can identify and avoid hands of co-workers in the course of their work. Wearability is key to primary safety since comfortable gloves will be more readily worn, so the TOG5V features a secure Velcro fastening cuff, making it easier to put on and take off. Aquila also offers a range of other gloves that can be used in various settings.
