SelectFlex insoles help prevent the many ailments that often afflict those who work on their feet all day. SelectFlex PowerController dynamically lifts the foot into alignment with the body, corrects abnormal pronation and conforms to individual arch geometry within three selectable support settings that can be different for each foot or type of activity. The PowerLift Arch suspension system and PowerBeam arch lifting technology duplicate impact absorption of spring ligaments and mitigate downward compressive forces and release energy back to the body throughout the gait cycle. SelectFlex also features the PowerCup, which holds the heel in a soft durometer that cushions impact and dissipates walking pressures. The SelectFlex PowerBed adds three extra layers — a medical-grade ergonomic shell and composite memory foam footpad, wrapped in an antimicrobial, deodorizing, moisture-wicking, low-friction fabric cover. SelectFlex offers the workforce population personalized comfort, pain relief, injury prevention and energy restoration, which translate into decreased worker's comp claims, reduced insurance premiums, fewer missed workdays and higher productivity for employers. STAYSAFE provides companies around the world with a low-cost, easy-to-use solution to manage the safety of their lone workers. Employees can start a timed session in the app before they begin a period of lone work or travel. The StaySafe app gives employers visibility of the location and safety status of lone workers during a period of lone work or travel and allows them to check in safely once they have finished this session. If an employee fails to check-in safely during a session or raises a panic alert in the app, monitoring agents, either within the organization or at an external monitoring service, will be immediately alerted. They will quickly verify the alert and dispatch the appropriate assistance to the employee. The new release includes a simplified activation process and unique in-app interactive training that means new systems can be up and running in 24 hours if required, and onboarding progress reports help speed up user acceptance. StaySafe was always an easy lone worker app to use but now making the app even simpler for lone worker users with increased usability further ensures integration into their working day. The introduction of customizable escalation response functionality and improved mapping capabilities, including the use of "what3words" locations, which is becoming a standard for many emergency response organizations, along with StaySafe's low signal technology, means quicker and more accurate responses to individuals in need of help. Don Cameron, CEO of StaySafe, says, "The StaySafe app is the easiest-to-use lone worker solution available today. This new release increases engagement and use by lone workers and simplifies getting responders to the exact location of an incident quickly." BASF and Timberland partner up BASF's polyurethane (PU) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) are key components in the new Timberland PRO Reaxion safety shoe. It features Timberland's proprietary Aerocore Energy System, fusing together the comfort and flexibility of an athletic shoe with the performance and durability of a work boot. The Aerocore Energy System is comprised of three layers: the Anti-Fatigue Technology footbed, a foam midsole and a non-marking outsole. The layers work together to provide superior energy return, comfort and grip. BASF's Elastollan TPU is featured in the outsole because of its good anti-abrasion and traction performance. Elastopan high-rebound PU foam is used in the midsole and insole to offer all-day support and comfort. eCompliance expands mobile app eCompliance has launched version 7.0 of its mobile app, offering intuitive and expanded feature capabilities, including extended language support, faster system response and a more intuitive UX design.
